Central Bedfordshire Council monitors trends over time

Public Perspectives has just reported on the latest biennial residents’ survey conducted on behalf of Central Bedfordshire Council. Public Perspectives has been conducting this survey since 2012, alongside other research and consultation activity for the council.
This is a representative telephone survey of over 1,200 residents that allows the council to measure perception and experience against a range of key local authority indicators and services. It also helps the council understand local issues and the priorities of residents. The survey provides powerful trend data over time as well as national comparisons to the triannual Local Government Association survey. Such insight is more valuable than ever during a time of stretched budgets and high levels of service demand.
