Our Reach

Our Seniority
All projects are managed and delivered at the Research Director level. This means you get years of experience and expertise for a fraction of the cost.
Our Price
We are cost competitive. In fact we challenge you to find an organisation that can deliver the same quality of work for less and if you do we’ll better that price!
Our Process
We believe that the process is sometimes just as important as the outcome. Our techniques combine more traditional social research alongside participatory and deliberative techniques to provide robust insights while helping to engage and empower people. We also like to work in partnership with you to ensure that you get the most out of the work and help ensure that the findings have maximum impact.
We use deliberative and qualitative techniques to gain greater depth, discuss sensitive topics, access difficult to reach participants and engage with people on complex strategic and policy issues. We use workshops, discussion groups, mini-groups, peer interviews and depth interviews.
We believe that the presentation and report of findings is just a small part of the story. The learning and insight can begin at the start of the process, through working in close partnership with you. We promote real-time reporting through our clients observing and taking part in research and engagement where possible and appropriate. We also encourage ideas generation and action planning workshops to validate the findings of our research and engagement, understand what this means to you and develop action plans with you.
